Matthieu is one of the key consumer-packaged-goods (CPG) experts in Southeast Asia specialized in promotional analysis (trade promotion and consumer promotions) including in data-poor environment; price and assortment optimization (product launches, regional tailoring, tailoring of assortment by store types, and more).

Beyond consumer goods, Matthieu has experience working for retailers across most continents,

especially in Vietnam supporting both excellence in traditional business models (store concept, network strategy and category strategy) and innovation (online and online-to-offline formats and integration with digital ecosystems).

Pawin is the Group CEO of New Retail Division and Group Business Director of VNLIFE, the 2nd technology unicorn in Vietnam.

VNLIFE businesses consist of VNPAY and VNPAY-QR (leading fintech companies), TEKO (omnichannel enterprise solutions), VNTRAVEL (online travel platforms), Karavan (B2B eCommerce), VNSHOP (B2B2C eCommerce) and 17 other technology companies.

Pawin is an expert in retail digitization particularly through e-commerce and omnichannel enterprise solutions. In addition, his prior experience covers strategy, M&A and business turnaround. Pawin has extensive experience in mature and emerging markets including more than 5 years in Vietnam, spanning across retail and technology sectors. He has proven track records of setting up successful startup/e-commerce companies and managing exclusive retail and distribution businesses across Asia.

Yostsawet Srisutiwong - 11 years’ experience working internationally included Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore in various industries included FMCG, Packaging and Retail.

Joined MMVN since Mar’20 as Director of Finance & Cost Optimization and after Jul’21 extended responsibility to cover for IT and HR Division.

Dr Tran Viet Huan (Ph.D. in Computer Science) is the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of SonKimGroup and SonKim Retail. Dr Huan is responsible for the digital transformation strategy and IT strategy development and implementation of the corporation and all member companies.

He is also responsible for building cooperation programs with partners in developing an open ecosystem towards providing comprehensive services to consumers.

Sulabh Dhanuka is the Head of Digital Solutions - International at true Digital Group. He is responsible for the international expansion of all enterprise solutions with a particular focus on

hospitality, retail, and agriculture solutions to enable the digital transformation in each of these industries. Prior to TDG, Sulabh was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Co. in Bangkok and Houston, serving clients on strategy, digital transformation, and operations.

Sulabh also spent several years at ExxonMobil in both technical and management roles. Sulabh holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
