MOU Signing Ceremony between FLC Hotels & Resorts and True Digital Vietnam.
On 14 March 2022, on the 35th floor of the FLC Twin Towers building, in Ha Noi, FLC Hotels & Resorts and True Digital Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding about the Cooperation.
Participating in the signing ceremony, on the side of the FLC Hotels & Resorts was Mrs.Nguyen Phuc Ngan - Deputy General Director, on the side of True Digital Vietnam was Mr.Nguyen Manh Long - Director of Digital Solutions.
According to a memorandum of understanding, True Digital will carry out consulting and installation services related to the True Digital Guest Solution system which is called AppLess / True Digital Guest Solution (QR code) to support the hotel management system of the hotels/resorts under the management/exploitation of FLC Hotels & Resorts
True Digital Guest Solution or AppLess solution will help every request, interacting between customers and employees made online through QR codes placed in each room. When using a smartphone to scan the QR codes, customers can quickly access resort information, menus, local information, on-site infrastructure, shipping and booking service or send special requests such as late check out, and there is no need to install or download any app.
True Digital Guest Solution is a pioneering step by FLC Hotels & Resorts to prepare for welcoming international guests back to Vietnam in the new normal, and welcoming domestic tourists in the summer, when the demand for vacation is high while the safety is still a top priority.
Through collaboration with True Digital, FLC Hotels & Resorts will meet expectations of improving technology infrastructure, optimizing operations and maximum increased experience of guests when they come to stay at FLC Hotels & Resorts.
