Summary of role
▪Digital and Media Platform (DMP) Strategic Planning role will be direct report to Strategic Planning Lead, his/her role will be mainly responsible for guiding and ensuring that TrueID strategies are aligned with corporate business strategies and targets.
▪This role is working closely with Business Analyze, PMO, and other cross functional within Digital and Media Platform group
▪Lead, develop and implement TrueID strategies aligned with corporate business strategies, targets and goals.
▪Align TrueID strategy with all related Bus and with overall TDG
▪Work with each BUs in order to generating growth, Support DMP Strategic planning lead to develop, cascade, and implement strategy
▪Manage and monitor TrueID KPI and targets, understand and able to communicate across TrueID.
▪Prepare, monitor and control budget as well as consolidating budget across all working teams in DMP
▪Oversee business analysis on BI & insights and strategic planning. Work with big data and able to consolidate business performance results.
▪Responsible for business improvement project or strategic project, and perform as assigned.
▪Work closely with key TrueID executives
Typical skills, and background
▪BA/BS required, MBA preferred but not required
▪At least 5 years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or Financial Institution
▪Work experience in Content Business is preferable
▪Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong experience in Excel
▪Familiar with software e.g. Google Analytic, Tableau, etc
▪Strategic thinking, with analytical skill, especially with respect to big data. Able to manage and process detailed information while keeping perspective on the bigger picture
▪Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsible, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with strong ownership to drive business performance. team-oriented approach to problem-solving
