Trade Marketing - CRM (Merchant Online Application)

Responsibilities

Online Material Development
• Work as a team to measure, monitor and optimize in-Application development and deployment process.
• Work as a team to develop POP to ensure effective delivery on-time and on-budget.
• Work cross-functionally to create materials driving new online MAUs and retaining app active users.
Develop merchant Online acquisition and Application active users.
• Work as a team to be Accountable and Responsible for sourcing, updating and communicating latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the O2O channel, assessing implications/opportunities for O2O Trade Marketing team. Keep an eyes on what’s happening in e-wallet payment, delivery; e-commerce.
• Assist in driving TSM app's new MAUs and retaining active TSM app users (incorporating merchant behaviors, channel specific promotional learnings, competitor analysis and best practice inputs) and develop Trade Marketing programs to help recruit new users, drive active app users as well as generating revenue to TSM app.
• Work as a team to translate business directions into trade marketing plan that will lock in Merchant patronage with True and have long term good relationship with the brand, at the same time work as team to develop merchant retention program to prevent & stop churn merchants
• Work as a team to be Accountable and Responsible for ensuring pre and post evaluation of key trade campaigns
• Accountable and Responsible for sourcing, updating and communicating latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the O2O channel, assessing implications/opportunities for O2O Trade Marketing team.
• Coordinate with various functions namely Trade Activation, Privilege, True Money, Regional, etc. to ensure excellence program deployment
• Understand and analyze TSM app users / merchants to find insightful behaviors and use them to develop and improve Trade marketing campaigns to drive MAUs, TPVs; Active App users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration)
• Minimum 3 - 7 years’ experience in CRM, trade marketing or product management
• Able to work and adapt in dynamic environment
• Interpersonal skill, willing to work with cross functional team
• Good knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
