Revenue Strategy Manager

The Revenue Strategy Manager will lead directly the planning & development of several Revenue business strategies (Content Sales, Advertising, TrueID TV, Partnership, and other Innovation scopes), monitor the planning processes of other BU under CRO’s scope, and support the tracking and quarterly planning of revenue performance.

The Responsibility

Oversee the Annual Business Planning processes; directly work with Revenue Management leaders to define their strategic priorities, key drivers, and implementation roadmaps.
Coordinate and align with other cross-functional teams
Build detailed business model to size yearly revenue targets based on sound business logics and deep understanding of commercial drivers across all BUs directly under CRO scope.
Lead high-priority strategic projects related to Revenue scope or other Scopes under TDG CRO
Monitor weekly/ monthly/ quarterly revenue performance by triangulating and extracting insights of different reports. Prepare financial forecasts for revenue in conjunction with TDG Finance team and other ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Support preparation of KPI reports as needed by C-level
Support Line Manager in ad-hoc strategy studies as required by CRO and other C-level.
Independently monitor industry trends across relevant verticals to regularly update/ refresh our annual strategies via insights and trend generations, and actively disseminate the knowledges across key decision makers

Our Requirement

Background of 3-5 years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or strategic planning at a corporation/ well-established start-up.
Fluency in Thai and English languages
Collaborative team player with demonstrated records of being open-minded, empathetic, and highly adaptable
Previous experience in fast-growing tech companies or MBB consultancy would be added bonus
University degree with major in Economics, Accounting, Business Mgmt, Mathematics, or Data Management
