Job Title: Head of Digital Guest solution (DGS)
• Job summary: This position will responsible for overall Digital Guest solution business and direct engage with True Segment team
• Direct report to: Managing Director – True Digital solution



o At least 15 years of experience in related sales planning management, bring product or solution to the market, develop end to end product / solution for internal and external related.
o Excellent writing and speaking English
o Working with high systematic level to achieve the business objective
o High skill for end to end business plan with very core detail of each KPI
o Experience about engaging with Sales and various team
o Well understanding of engage model with Sales team and experience to develop long term relationship
o Good skill for business presentation and developing the proper deck for communication both internal and external
o Full services mindset to support various team members to achieve company goal
o Good knowledge in technical and engineering related to tie with business planning
o High business senses and full understanding of corporate process

Qualifications

Job Detail

o Develop Digital Guest solution strategy with full version of business plan, Go to market, resources, business growth, material and sales/operation process.
o Work direct with Crave UK team to align with TH Digital guest solution business plan
o Drive business growth across segment by prioritize of Hotel, Hospital and Property services developer
o Create full marketing plan with key objective to build the market awareness for specific product / solution
o Manage team members within business unit to be high performing team with agile motion as startup company.
o Integrated CP/True ECO systems to DGS platform and debut new platform and feature both technical and business
o Educate to related market with DGS conceptual including joint/build marketing event to echo DGS strategy
o Develop partner ECO systems for TDS to expand DGS solution in some certain area such nationwide and tier 3 city
