Cybersecurity Customer Success Specialist
● Act as the primary point of contact from customers to request or report issues on SOC operation.
● Well understand various security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, firewall, ect. and also security operations.
● Develop SOC use case requirements and coordinate with the team to complete in timeline.
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer expectation and typical challenges faced by customers to appropriately coordinate with the team to deliver outcome for customer satisfaction.
● Planning, tracking and managing pending tasks and issues within timelines.
● Ability to manage inbound and outbound client requests as a team to ensure that there is sufficient coverage of the customer queue.
● Review SOC reports and submit to customers.
● 5+ years’ work experience in a customer-facing and security technical roles
● Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with security technologies
● Strong communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate multiple customers and internal stakeholders
● Strong in communication both English and Thai
● Logical & systematic approach to problem solving
