Customer Insights Product Owner
-Plan user research projects and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to manage projects within timeline.
-Select proper research methodology that align on business goals and expected outcome.
-Collect and analyze user behavior through in depth interviews, usability study, secondary research, surveys and online experiments.
-Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data to inform key product decisions that address user needs.
-Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.
-Work closely with Product Leaders/Owners to understand product issues and goals
-Assist to run Design Thinking workshops
Plan product and experimental releases with success criteria, monitor results, reflect and improve by being data driven and customer focused
-More than 3 years of experience in qualitative research or relevant work experience.
-Understanding of customer journey and user experience in digital products
-Experience in in-depth interviews & survey design. Working knowledge of statistics and experimental design.
-Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
-Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
-A strong collaborator and capable of defining prioritization across a number of tasks and projects.
