Responsibilities

-Develop goals and objective that tend to growth and prosperity
-Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote and attainment of business goal
-Build a cross skilled organization of sales, partner and technology to integrated end to end value preposition
-Have product ownership mindset
-Develop the relationship across multiple parties such partners, peers and consumer
-Grow AIR conceptual and target right the business growth
-Drive business to be leading in new categories
-Promote and advocate AIR business to publication
-Set operation framework to ensure the business growth

Qualifications

-15 years of experiences for consumer channel related
-Well understanding of sales rhythm, forecast with accuracy of business growth
-Understand Thailand market landscape including consumer insights
-High business senses and full understanding of business generator
-Good understanding of technology and platform
-Excellent writing and speaking in English
-Experience in on-line commerce and digital journey in Thailand
-High level of understanding of consumer demand with marketing campaign to address the segmentation
-Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Good understanding of research methods, problem solving and using data for insights and better product experiences
-Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
