True Digital was founded in 1982 and is an Hawaii corporation. We've been able to survive for nearly 3 decades because we believe that a company must adapt and grow to survive. True Digital started in the visual realm of writing, producing and directing film and television for national and international networks, as well as for the corporate arenas. However, we realized long ago that our keystone to survival would be innovation and the use of advanced technologies. We were the first in Hawaii to bring in non-linear editing.

In the nineties and to date, we have been able to maintain our position as leaders into the Internet Technology Age by expanding our services to include developing many excellent enterprise and medium sized web infrastructures. Along the way, we developed some of our own proprietary software products for the Internet like our enterprise level PowerStoreASP™ ecommerce suite of tools and MailMerlin™, a powerful Email list/E-newsletter management program.

We are also honored to be a key inhouse partner of the worlds largest web-hosting company, NTT(Nippon Telephone & Telegraph) in Japan. For the last 10 years NTTA/Verio, NTT's American subsidiary has used True Digital extensively to both build and manage many high level corporate entities.

We are also called upon to provide security and IT management teams for a number of large companies. Some of our customers have included firms on Wall Street like Guardian Investor, large corporate customers like Shell Oil and Hitachi and celebrity household names like Tyra Banks, Jennifer Lopez and "American Idol".

In the last few years, True Digital realized that IT Security would become more important than ever due to the vast amount of intrusion attacks, malware and internal corporate security problems. Therefore, President/CEO David "Kawika" Talisman went back to school at the well respected SANS Institute for training in Computer Forensics. This effort was done to be better serve True Digital's valuable customer base.
